Put the two 2x4’s together and place them on edge. Mark the midpoint of your measurement from step 1 on the 1 ½” side of each 2x4. Mark the baluster locations

4 ½” center along the 2x4’s. This will leave your balusters 3 ¾” apart.

Apply your stain and finish on your railings and posts.

Baluster Connectors

Please let us know if you are using ACQ treated lumber. This material is corrosive to aluminum if not properly installed. We will gladly send you nylon spacers at no cost, along with your connectors.
